Users completing the Gateways Registry Membership application online using the Internet Explorer browser will have trouble on Step 3 of the application, the Education step. The behavior is when you click the "Search" button to find your school you can type the school's name in the search filter, but you will see no results. If you try to click the button that says "Can't find your school? Add a new Institution.", nothing happens.
To resolve this issue, please use a browser such as Chrome or Firefox. Your computer may already have one of these browsers installed. Or you can download them for free using the links below.
