There are several ways to get help with the online features (portals, online applications, etc.) of the Gateways Registry and ExceleRate Illinois websites.
Online Help Center
Our online Help Center is your one-stop-shop for getting help with online functionality. It is designed to be self-service and we will continue to expand the content and Frequently Asked Questions that are available for you to search and to read.
To get help, you can use the Search bar to search by topic. You can also click on the specific section for the portal you need help with:
Our friendly Help Desk agents are in the office Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm. If you'd like to speak with someone, please call us toll-free at (866) 697-8278 (select Option 2) or directly at (309) 557-1818.
If all of our agents are assisting other customers please leave a voicemail and we will return your call within 1 business day.
During business hours, we're also available for you via online chat - just look for a small tag at the bottom right of your browser window that says "Chat with us". If we're not available, you'll see "Leave a message".
