I forgot my password!

If you forget your password, you can retrieve it easily by using the link at the bottom of the Login screen.

  1. Click the "Forgot your password?" link that appears at the bottom of the Login screen
  2. Enter your username where it says to on the screen that comes up
  3. Check your email - you will receive an email that will contain a link to a page where you can reset your password
  4. Click the link in the email and enter your new password once, then again in the next box to confirm

Note: The password reset page is part of the main INCCRRA website and is used to reset passwords for the Gateways Registry, ExceleRate Illinois, and Gateways i-learning System.  INCCRRA is the administering agency for all three systems.
