What do you need help with?

My online account doesn't work with i-learning


Your online user account gives you access to the Gateways i-learning System and allows you to log in there to take online training.  If you cannot log in to the Gateways i-learning System, please try the following:

1. Check your username. If it contains a space, it will not work with the i-learning site.  Change it to be all one word or use an underscore (_) in place of the spaces.  If you need help changing your username, contact our Help Desk staff.

2. Try logging in to the Gateways Registry Dashboard.  If you are prompted to renew your Registry membership, be sure to do that and then try to access i-learning again.

If your username does not contain a space, you can log in to the Registry Dashboard and have a current Registry membership, but cannot log in to i-learning please contact the Help Desk for additional assistance.
