To create your classroom, here are the steps you’ll want to follow:
- First, you will want to log in and go to your Director Portal.
- From the director portal, you will want to choose the “classroom” tab.
- Once in the classroom tab, you will want to click the red “+” icon.
- Then you will be able to name the classroom, as well as fill out the age group, ratios, and schedules.
- You will then choose where the funding for the classroom is coming from.
- From there, you will fill out enrollment.
- Once all that information is filled out, save and submit the classroom.
- To add the staff, you will go back to the classroom using the pencil icon.
- Then scroll down to the very bottom to the section called “classroom staff”
- There will be an icon that has what looks like a checklist inside, hit that.
- You will be able to select the staff members via checkboxes.
- It will ask you to confirm that they are supposed to be in the room.
- Once they’re selected, save and submit the classroom again.
If staff are not appearing, make sure that they are registered under the correct Organization ID.
It will be the number that starts with a B.
