Some trainings you will end up having to self report for your employer!
These will be any trainings you take outside of Gateways facilitated trainings and our ilearning courses.
To report a credential or certification (First-Aid, CPR, CDA, Food-Handler's, etc.) follow these steps:
1. After logging in, click on "My Registry"
2. Select "Update"
3. On the orange stripe click on "Credentials"
4. Select the credential type from the drop-down box and click "Add"
5. Fill in the required information and click "Save"
To report a class taken outside of gateways:
1. After logging in, click on "My Registry"
2. Select "Learn"
3. Click "Add New"
4. Fill in the required information and click "Save"
Certain Credentials such as First-Aid and CPR can also be reported in the self-report section for contact hours. However, they will need to be entered into the credential section to be CCAP compliant.
After entering this information, it may take up to 24 hours for it to appear in reports.
